Before you can reduce something, you need to know what to reduce.

Sounds simple, doesn’t it ? Turns out it’s not always clear-cut.

Fasting is a time to make an effort to cleanse your body. I decided this year to do something about my stress levels at work.

Now that we’re reaching the end of fasting, let’s see what I learned and how it went.
