Fasting is a time to make an effort to cleanse your body. I decided this year to do something about my stress levels at work.
Now that we’re reaching the end of fasting, let’s see what I learned and how it went.
Over the next couple of days, I’m going to relate where I’m coming from in reducing my stress levels, what I did and how it worked out.
But let’s already be honest. I managed to reduce my stress levels a lot, but didn’t eliminate them. That was not my goal however.
Also, what I did worked for me. You might be inspired to try some of these things out yourself, but your mileage may, and probably will, vary.
